Me anë të një postimi në rrjetet sociale, Ema Andrea teksa e quan Auron Taren si të llastuarin e çdo qeveria, shprehet se qipariset në Kampin e Tepelenës janë kontribut i qindra qytetarëve shqiptarë.
“Qipariset ne Kampin e Tepelenes, i llastuari nga te gjithe qeverite Z. Auron Tare,jane kontribut i qindra qytetareve shqiptare, te cilet po ndertojne nje veper per te shpetuar kujtesen, qe nuk mbulohet me stalla hipizmi!”, shkruan Andrea.
Më tej ajo shprehet: “Mos lesho shashka mbi milionat qe paskan dhene te huajt vetem se ke privilegjin te dalesh ne televizor!
Puna per ndertimin e Memorialit eshte bere e vazhdon te behet vetem prej dedikimit te njerezve pa asnje shperblim financiar e jo me perfitim!”.
Por i menjëhershëm ka qenë edhe reagimi i Auron Tares, i cili me anë të një komenti shprehet se qëndrimi i saj nuk është korrekt, pasi sipas tij projekti është i financuar nga UNDP.
“Statusi i Juaj mendoj se nuk eshte korrekt pasi ne se do te ishit interessuar prane kolegeve tuaj te nismes qe keni ndermarre mund te lexoni qarte se projekti qe ju i referoheni eshte i financuar nga UNDP dhe Qeveria Italiane me nga 70 mije euro secila.”, – shkruan Tare.
Por Ema Andrea ka reaguar sërish, ndërsa shprehet: “Auron Tare Pergjigja juaj mbi financimet e te huajve nuk kane asnje lidhje me Qipariset qe ju ironizuat dhe Memorialin per te cilin jam angazhuar une dhe ekipi i MEMO”.
Sipas Andreas, “Ne se te huajt kane financuar per projekte te memories dhe ju keni kundeshtime,lutem merruni me shtetet perkatese dhe jam e sigurt qe do tju pergjigjen.Besoj edhe institucionet shqiptare do tju pergjigjen,me trasparence,si gjithmone! Asnje prej çfare shkruani,serish ska lidhje me qipariset apo punen tone per Kampin e Tepelenes!”

Auron Tare: Pershendetje Ema. Nuk njihemi por ne distance kam respekt si artiste dhe si qytetari e angazhuar. Kur rastesisht shikoj ne Tv apo degjoj ne radio qe flisni nuk e ndryshoj kanalin pasi me pelqen apo shpesh jam dakort me mendimet Tuaja. Nuk e kam fare idene se ku punoni dhe sot po mesoj qe jeni e angazhuar edhe ne projektin e Muzeumit ne Tepelene. Personalisht ideja me ka pelqyer megjithese zhurma e madhe qe u be si dhe etiketimi ma kampet e shfarosjes ne Gjermani nuk me ka pelqyer dhe kam folur edhe publikisht per kete gje. kam qene dhe do te jem gjithmone partizan i mbeshtetjes se memories historike pasi ky vend po e humb me shume shpejtesi memorien e vet. Shume vite me pare kam bere publikisht nje debat per ruatjen e Spacit si nje memorie e rendesishme e periudhes komuniste. Pra ne nje fare menyre jam dakort me idene e memories si te periudhes komuniste ashtu edhe para apo pas saj. Por jam dhe do te jem gjithemone kunder cdo inisiative per te hedhur balte apo per te hiperbolizuar fakte historike. Kam vite qe merrem me arkiva (gje qe e bej ne kohen e lire dhe me shpenzimet e mija) dhe kam njohuri te mjaftueshme per te kuptuar cekesine dhe interesat e grupimeve te caktuara per ceshtje te caktuara. Statusi i Juaj mendoj se nuk eshte korrekt pasi ne se do te ishit interessuar prane kolegeve tuaj te nismes qe keni ndermarre mund te lexoni qarte se projekti qe ju i referoheni eshte i financuar nga UNDP dhe Qeveria Italiane me nga 70 mije euro secila. Kjo e botuar ne shtypin e dites e shoqeruar edhe me infon e duhur pasi sic mund te jeni ne dijeni institucionet e huaja kane detyrim transparencen. Me poshte keni linkun e UNDP ku pershkruan qartesisht financimin e dhene si dhe termat e references. Po keshtu keni edhe nje dokument te firmosur po per kete projekt. Auron Tare: Zonje. pa dashur te vazhdoj nje debat ne facebook, me vjen keq per pergjigjien pasi sic shkruajta me siper me shume bonses une e para nuk e di fare se ku punoni. Duties and Responsibilities
Under the overall guidance of the UNDP Programme Manager, and in coordination with the Authority, the qualified expert will perform the following responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed implementation plan on project deliverables with specific timelines, implementation details, and tasks, roles and responsibilities of all partners.
• Support the delivery of quality project outputs through quality preparation of annual and quarterly work plans, including budgets;
• Coordination and provision of technical support to the projects’ consultants and partners for the implementation of relevant project’s activities;
• Overseeing the implementation of activities, including the preparation of quarterly and annual implementation reports;
• Provide communication and logistical support to project activities and involved consultants/partners when required;
• Ensure that the inputs are relevant to the activities, and the activities are relevant to the results and ensure that value for money is observed throughout the project implementation;
• Support the UNDP Programme Manager and the Authority in identifying relevant human resources and services, including drafting terms of reference, works specifications and overseeing all contractors’ work;
• Monitor events as determined in the project monitoring schedule plan, and update the plan as required;
• Under the UNDP Programme Manager and the Authority leadership, keep regular communication with partners engaged for the implementation of the project; organize consultations and technical meetings;
• Under the Guidance of the Authority coordinate receipt of inputs from various project partners as identified in the implementation plan
• Prepare timely narrative activity reports for submission to both UNDP Programme Manager and the Authority;
• Lead the development of overall concept of Tepelena memorial establishment;
• Lead a team of technical experts for developing the technical specifications, budget estimates for Tepelena memorial.
Expected Deliverables
• Detailed action plan on project deliverables with specific timelines, implementation details, and tasks, roles and responsibilities of all partners;
• Organization of study tour including development of concept note, identification of host institutions, coordination of timing and agenda and submission of study tour report;
• A collection of technical inputs and other on-demand reports on specific project related issues when requested;
• Technical report on completion of Advocacy and Awareness component, in-coordination with the respective implementation partners;
• Report on conceptualization of Tepelena memorial, summary of technical findings as well as technical specifications and cost estimates for the establishment of Tepelena memorial;
• A final report (in English) highlighting the expert’s work, achievements, lessons learned, including recommendations for future similar interventions
